After years of being a central figure in the lives and life of the church, retirement can be a daunting experience. How do we find new ways to live out our calling, protect our legacy, and protect the church?

We are seeking 8 to 12 pastors who are nearing retirement or who have recently retired.

Participants will gather for a two-day retreat on July 7 and 8, 2026, and then participate in monthly online sessions for the following six months. Our hope is that this investment not only provides encouragement in the moment, but also helps build caring peer relationships that will serve as a deep source of support in this new phase of life.

We are so committed to building a community of care for pastors, that we're covering half ($500) of the participation costs for each pastor selected. No one will be turned away due to an inability to pay, so even if you don't know a pastor who needs this right now, please consider financially partnering with us to offer it for those who do.
